It's often so hard to get back up. To keep going. Thankfully most of us don't usually engage in actual physical fights. But we do still have to fight through so many things. We can't give up. Actually learning how to physically protect you and your loved ones can enhance your skills for the mental and emotional fights we do engage in regularly. If you want support from other women in your journey, click the link in our bio to sign up for 4 classes at a trial rate of just $19.99 ( a $100 value) and receive a FREE PAIR OF BOXING GLOVES. Being a fighter has so many definitions. But the thing that remains the most true is knowing when to and when not to fight. Walking away to be safe is always the most important thing to remember.

I’ve been a member of Tigress Roar Womens Self Defense for well over 3 years now. I have gained more confidence in myself and have become more savvy and aware of my surroundings in order to protect myself and stay safe. For example, I’ve learned how to escape when pinned on the ground, how to spar using protective gear, how to wrestle, block, punch and appropriate everyday items as weapons in an emergency. I definitely recommend this class.
