These payment links will take to a Stripe payment page and for subscriptions to our training services and will recur on a monthly basis. Please see below for our refund and cancellation policies.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Class Cancellations

We may cancel classes at any time for unforeseen circumstances, such as all instructors are sick or inclement weather, at any time. There are no refunds for such circumstances. It is at our discretion when we will issue a refund or credit based on other unforeseen circumstances such as the facility being unavailable for classes. We will do our best to find another location if possible to prevent any losses of time and training.

Student Absences

Once payment for the month has been made, there are no refunds for student absences. If you are experiencing long-term recovery from illness or injury, we will pause any subscriptions. We will also either offer a refund or pro-rated fees upon your return to training.

One-Time Fees

We will not offer refunds for drop-in fees. In the case of seminars or other events not related to regular classes, we will issue a refund if the event is cancelled. If the student pays the fee for a seminar and cannot attend, we will issue a refund to the student.

Monthly Subscriptions
When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
