Testimony

I’ve been a member of Tigress Roar Womens Self Defense for well over 3 years now. I have gained more confidence in myself and have become more savvy and aware of my surroundings in order to protect myself and stay safe. For example, I’ve learned how to escape when pinned on the ground, how to spar using protective gear, how to wrestle, block, punch and appropriate everyday items as weapons in an emergency. I definitely recommend this class.
